SCI's facility, which covers 685 000 square feet, houses a number of manufacturing and test areas. Sanmina executives recently visited the SCI facility. They met with SCI's senior leadership team to get a better understanding of the operations and day-today activities. They also had an opportunity to meet with 20 U.S. Army Acquisition personnel.

The company has its headquarters in Huntsville and a manufacturing facility in Huntsville. The company's goal is to develop partnerships with future Army Acquisition Leaders.
The company's product portfolio includes a variety of products such as the Individual Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) which is designed by Microsoft and is scheduled to field in fiscal 2021. The system features a ruggedized smartphone, which is used to view maps and tactical information, as well as send and receive text messages. It also comes with a weapon-sight system, which aids soldiers in locating their weapon. The company also makes a variety of smart soldier goggles, as well as the TALENT KEYHOLE(TK) control system. It is expected to begin production in fiscal 2021.
SCI also offers a range of services and products including the Special Intelligence program (SI) and the HUMINT Command System (HCS). SCI also provides services to Defense Intelligence Agency. SCI will soon field a rapid target acquisition system. This new system, which combines an M4A1 and special thermal weapons site, is being developed.

SCI Technology encourages collaboration with future Army Acquisition Leaders. A three-week program, the Individual Qualification Course, (IQC), is offered to develop acquisition officers capable of leading, managing, and executing their jobs. IQC provides an overview of acquisitions and covers many topics such as manufacturing, quality control and engineering.
