It was designed to be a domestic and export vehicle. It was originally designed to serve military needs, but later it was modified to suit international customers.

It will be made in Poland
The PL-01 new battle tank was created for Poland's armed services. It includes a fully-automated turret, a fully-automatic 120mm gun, anti-aircraft MG and active countermeasures. The vehicle is made from special materials and will likely be covered in camo paint to make them harder to detect on enemy radar. It will have three crew members.
