In the aftermath of war, civilians can be caught up in the middle or the conflict. The occupied zones of Germany and the annexed territories of the Soviet Union, as well as the Cold War, have changed post-war societies. Both civilians as well as neutrals are fleeing their cities in an attempt to find a new life. They are left with little more than what they can carry and must find a way outside the city to start fresh.
